Voted Best Barbers in Scotland three years running by the Scottish Hair and Beauty Awards and Herald Look Awards, we worked in partnership with the RebelRebel team to develop its core aims and values in order that these would be conveyed to its significant customer base. This was to enhance its impressive purchasing/booking process.

The Creative Cell revolutionised the RebelRebel values and style; a revolution where we generated a sense of belonging for both the customer and members of staff. We did this is two phases: an internal launch including point-of-sale, pop-up banners, shop design including shop window promotional marketing, new uniform design and a company guidelines handbook, which was available in-store at the start of the customer journey. This was then translated to staff inductions, citywide marketing and a public launch which included a presentation of the long-term social media strategy of RebelRebel. 

In addition to this, we were approached by Glasgow Kelvin College to develop branding and creative for 'The Academy for Modern Barbering', a partnership between RebelRebel and Glasgow Kelvin College. This was the first academy offering a 15-week fast-track programme, taught by RebelRebel’s experienced barbering team.
